EA Talent Agency – Booking Terms

These Booking Terms govern all engagements made through EA Talent Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) for performances and appearances by our represented talent.
1. Booking Process
All bookings must be made in writing and confirmed via email or a signed agreement.
Clients must provide full event details including date, location, time, and technical requirements.
2. Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed upon prior to confirmation and must be paid as outlined in the invoice.
A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation relative to the event date.
4. Talent Obligations
Talent will perform as agreed and arrive punctually for the booking.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement.
5. Client Obligations
The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the performance.
The client must not make unauthorised recordings or reproductions without prior written consent.
6. Liability
EA Talent Agency is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events.
Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid.
7. Governing Law
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
