EA Talent Agency – Booking Terms

These Booking Terms govern all engagements made through EA Talent Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) for performances and appearances by our represented talent.

1. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made in writing and confirmed via email or a signed agreement.

  • Clients must provide full event details including date, location, time, and technical requirements.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are agreed upon prior to confirmation and must be paid as outlined in the invoice.

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation relative to the event date.

4. Talent Obligations

  • Talent will perform as agreed and arrive punctually for the booking.

  • If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement.

5. Client Obligations

  • The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the performance.

  • The client must not make unauthorised recordings or reproductions without prior written consent.

6. Liability

  • EA Talent Agency is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events.

  • Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid.

7. Governing Law

  • These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
